The Mudville Media Crew text messaging program is designed to provide occasional text-message communications regarding work opportunities and scheduled assignments.

Notify you of upcoming available work opportunities; and/or
Update you regarding work you are already scheduled to perform.
These messages are intended for communications directly related to your work with Mudville Media.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Mudville Media Crew text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Mudville Media at the mobile number you provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may revoke your consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. We could send you several text messages a day, particularly when there are multiple available work opportunities or when you are actively scheduled for work.
The actual number of messages you receive will depend on available work opportunities, scheduling requirements, and communications related to your assignments.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Mudville Media does not control the rates charged by your wireless carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving Mudville Media text messages, reply STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Mudville Media unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Mudville Media will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your participation in the Mudville Media Crew text messaging program is intended solely to facilitate communications concerning available work and work for which you are already scheduled.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Mudville Media is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in the delivery of text messages caused by mobile carriers, wireless networks, technical issues, device limitations, or circumstances outside of Mudville Media’s reasonable control.
9. Eligibility
By participating in the Program, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide or that you have authorization from the account holder to enroll that number in the Program.
10. Changes to the Program or Terms
Mudville Media may modify, suspend, or discontinue the text messaging program at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on www.MudvilleMedia.com with an updated effective date.
